We are currently recruiting for an established company seeking an experienced records technician.

The most successful candidates will possess:
3 to 4 years of business experience in a related field
An Associates Degree in a related field (such as business or records management)
Experience creating scripts for queries and reports
The ability to use records indexing applications and vendor web applications
Ability to prepare presentation package
Experience providing client support
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Access knowledge a plus

 

The candidate should also possess the following qualities:
Attention to detail
Written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability to work in an environment that is time-sensitive
Be willing to ask for assistance and/or direction when needed
