Export Compliance & Contracts Coordinator
Description:
Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking a Coordinator for Export Compliance and Contracts (CECC). The CECC will be a member of the Export Compliance team; primary responsibilities will be filing of reports, managing export license records, process requests for temporary exports, and instruct personnel in handling international transport of controlled equipment and information. The CECC supports the Export Manager in all other compliance and licensing matters as needed. The CECC is also tasked with record keeping and processing of various contractual documents, and serves as the backup Empowered Official. Contracts experience is required, as well as import/export experience. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position. No 3rd party submittals. Please submit resume for consideration.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years work experience in a contracts, legal, export compliance or similar environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the following:
1. Preparation and maintenance of US gov't reports
2. Tracking of export licensing status, issues, communication
3. Processing of credentials for foreign visitors
4. Management of documents for customs clearance
5. Maintenance of records and logs for Contracts dept.
6. Processing of routine contractual documents
7. Communication with customers about licensing and contracts
8. Interface with U.S. government authorities as necessary
Other Requirements:
* Education: Minimum bachelor's degree
* MS Office tools
* ITAR licensing a plus
* Excellent team work and communication skills
