FOUNDATION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Foundation Operations Coordinator is responsible for the support functions for St. John's Medical Center Foundation and St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital Foundation. Typical duties may include appropriate receiving, documenting, data inputting and acknowledgment of all donations, acting as liaison with fiscal services to assure accurate financial reporting, preparing all supporting documents, graphs, and other materials needed to support the Executive Director and Directors of Development, and overseeing donor recognition programs. This position may also be required to work odd hours and assist during special events.

To be qualified, you must have a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education & experience. You must also have at least three (3) or more years experience with computerized record keeping and accounting as it pertains to research and analysis with spreadsheets. Fundraising software and spreadsheet applications knowledge is highly preferrable. Fundraising, non-profit and/or healthcare experience also highly preferrable.
