FRONT DESK- DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSION

OUR CLIENT, IS THE WORLD'S BUSIEST PHYSICAL THERAPY OFFICE IN CENTRAL MASS!

WE ARE SEEKING TO FILL A
PART TIME LATE AFTERNOON EVENING POSITION

Immediate PART time opportunity for an experienced front-desk position with a fast paced medical office. This person will be responsible for greeting patients, Scheduling appointments for patients, calling physicians and insurance companies, data-entry, and must have excellent MS Word/Excel skills.

Part time SCHEDULE (25 hours): Tuesday 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Wednesday 1.30 pm to 7.00 pm

Thursday 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Friday 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Saturday 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

Position Requirements:

Must be self confident, proactive thinker. Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task. Excellent communication and verbal skills, with patients and physicians. Excellent MS Word/Excel, data-entry, pc skills. Medical Background a plus.
