Job Responsibilities:

- Disbursement, ordering and inventory of office supplies.
- Provide reliable reporting to site manager.
- Follow site specific procedures.
- Frequent client communications and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with supervisor or client on relevant issues.
- Utilize all logs as required by client.
- Preventative Monthly Site Maintenance
- Knowledge of A/C, light plumbing, and copy machine maintenance
- Install keyboard trays, move furniture as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
