Facilities Help Desk Coordinator

  Job Description:

<Process job requests for facilities department help desk including repairs and services.

< Communicate and supervise requests throughout the process until completion.

< Code, organize, and file invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.

 

Job Qualifications:

< Some college and/or experience in construction management.

< Knowledge of construction and maintenance service.

< Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Novel.

< Leadership and communication skills.

< Strong organization skills.
