Job 1)  Administrative / Fashion Assistant position in a 50+ Year old Mid-Town Accessories / Fashion co, Mfg's of Handbags and belts, scarfs and other items. The President needs a right hand to work with the showroom and be a liason to wharehouse and manufacturing sights.

Excellent communications, PC skills and a very organised thought process.

Any fashion experience is a plus.

Must be able to follow instructions well.

2-5 years of stable work experience, Showroom experience a +

 

Salary: DOE but most likely in the $35,000 to $45,000 range

Job 2 )Smaller Mid-town Asset Management firm is looking for a very bright administrative assistant with excellent communication & PC skills with exposure to bookkeeping responsibilities.

The firm is a family run entity with a small staff.

This individual will answer phones, meet and greet and assist the other employees and owners with various tasks and projects. This person will also help out with making coffee and other kitchen duties

(not cleaning) from time to time. This is an office where High net worth individuals and Entertainers

come to attend investment meetings so a professional/corporate image is required.

 

Requirements:

Strong communications, both speaking and writing.

Excellent MS Word and Excel

Bookkeeping experience a big +

At least 5 years of office experience (stable) in a professional environment.

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Professional image

 

Salary: DOE but most likely between $40,000 to $50,000.

Chelsea Real Estate Developement firm seeks an administrative assistant to work with both partners as the administrative support for the office.

Relatively new firm looking for admin experience clear,  well spoken voice, strong pc skills including Word, Excel and an accounting program like either Sage Timberline and or Quickbooks and a professional image.

Not looking for a lot of experience, 2 young peple in the office now.

College is preffered and there is growth opportunity

Salary: $30K - $40k with benefits
