FIELD ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a professional individual to provide customer service and clerical support to our client, located in the San Francisco area.This position will be primarily responsible for administering the collateral protection program for the credit union to ensure adequate insurance coverage on their loan portfolio.  This position also serves as a liaison between the credit union and State National Companies

 

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

?  Two-five years of related work experience in a high paced / multi-task office preferred

?  Excellent customer service skills.

?  Good data entry skills (6,000-8,000 key strokes per hour)

?  Ability to maintain client confidentiality

?  Ability to multi-task with minimum supervision

?  Knowledge of Microsoft office products

?  Experience in the lending, insurance, banking, and/or credit union industry preferred

?  Ability to train in Fort Worth, Texas for two week training session required

?  High school graduate or equivalent required
