Field Support Service Representative
Responsible for operational support for the Sales Organization and other required Product Development activities. Provide administrative support in the areas of quoting instrument and other medical products through tracking information and inventory using computer software and maintaining accurate files and records.
JOB FUNCTIONSPerform job tasks in accordance with written SRI Standard Operating Procedures.Receive requests for quotes- coordinate processing of quotes for reuseables, disposables and instrumentation.Receive product and service complaints; enter into complaint database.Manage the Tracking and follow-up of daily quotes from field. Point of contact Person for a specific assigned Sales Region territory.Cross train to act as backup for others in the FSS departmentManage the distribution and tracking of new and modified SOPs for the FSS area. Ensure everyone is up to date on his or her training and the appropriate signatures are in place.All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school education or equivalent. College degree desired or a minimum of two (2) years related experience in progressively responsible positions in the business area.
Experience:
Working knowledge of medical terminology and surgical instruments preferred. Familiarity with purchasing and general office operations preferred.
Skills and Abilities:Excellent Current working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel. Experience with AS400 or current software preferred.Self-starter, ability to work independently when required.Detail oriented, excellent organizational and documentation skills.Good interpersonal and telephone skills.Ability to set priorities, be flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.Capable of communicating and coordinating with multiple departments, team player.
Physical Abilities:
Standing, walking, talking, hearing, sitting, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
