Field Trainer

California Overnight, an interstate transportation and delivery organization, is now accepting applications for the position of Field Trainer.  This position is a component of the Training and Quality Assurance Department.  The primary purpose of this position is to enhance the Company?s ability to provide quality service to its customers by: acting as the main point of contact regarding training needs for their assigned facilities; being able to effectively present training topics to trainees and facility trainers; properly assessing and meeting the training needs of the northern region; identifying improvement opportunities for the facility or Company; and communicating all findings with appropriate individuals.

 

The Field Trainer must have effective verbal and written communication skills; be responsive to employee and management feedback; properly refer or elevate issues when necessary; function independently in a multi-tasked environment; meet deadlines; identify improvement opportunities; and represent themselves at all times in a professional manner while acting in the best interest of the Company. This position is based in the Northern Region of California.  Candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to the facilities encompassing the Northern Region.
