File/Data Administrator

Dynamic growing real estate development company seeking a highly motivated individual with room to advance to maintain the office filing systems and provide administrative support as needed.

Job Duties:

Update and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems

Scanning documents

Paper filing

In house document retrieval

Interaction with clients to obtain documents and other information as required.

Other duties as assigned

Candidate for this position must have the following:

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

Strong personal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels and various locations.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Real estate experience a plus but not required.

The company offers fully paid benefits including health, dental, life, STD & LD insurance.

401(K) offered.
