Finance & Accounting Recruiter / Account Manager

United Staffing Systems (USS), is actively seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Recruiter / Account Manager to join the Temporary Office Support Division responsible for providing temp and temp-to-hire personnel to fortune 500 and global 2,000 organizations throughout Manhattan.

The successful candidate will have at least one-year of finance & accounting recruitment experience in an employment agency or HR department within a reputable firm. Must be sharp, articulate, extremely organized, upbeat, and ready to hit the ground running.

The Recruiter / Account Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects associated with the staffing process:

*Screen, interview, and conduct reference checks on prospective candidates
*Identify and place candidates on temporary and temp-to-hire assignments
*Retrieve and process job orders from clients
*Contact prospective and existing clients via marketing and service calls
*Negotiate bill and pay rates
*Effectively interact with internal account management and sales teams
