Job Description

Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance of the business unit. Gather, analyze, prepare, summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended data, and operating forecasts. Creation of journal entries as needed. Reconciliation of key general ledger accounts. Financial statement preparation, analysis and presentation. Participate in quarterly forecast and annual budget process and consolidation.? Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Review existing processes, recommend and implement improvements. Perform in-depth analysis of issues identified affecting Customer Service GL accounts and provide documented procedures to eliminate and resolve these issues. Develop appropriate reporting, tracking and analysis methods as new programs are introduced.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in financial discipline. MBA preferred. 3 - 5 years experience in accounting/finance with emphasis on reporting and analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Excel and Access. Ability to perform multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Independent and highly motivated . Excellent organization and time management skills.
