Qualifications
?Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
?Communicate all information and details clearly and concisely.
?Excellent organizational and proactive administrative skills.
?Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team.
?Outstanding attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional proofreading skills (accuracy in work is essential).
?Ability to produce consistent quality results under tight deadlines.
?1 to 4 years of experience in a professional environment preferred.
Responsibilities
?Maintain client contact information database.
?Independently respond to and compose routine letters and general correspondence.
?Gather, compile, and prepare information and data for a variety of reports.
?Communicate information and details accurately and concisely.
?Assist in bill preparation and ensure bill files are up-to-date.
?Type, edit, proof and finalize a variety of documents, including reports, general correspondence, and memos.
?Complete expense reports and time entry in a timely and accurate manner.
?Publication and Seminar Coordinator.
?Maintain detailed records and filing systems.
?Review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and materials.
?Coordinate and perform faxing and copying projects; coordinate messenger and overnight services.
?Arrange travel and prepare trip itineraries.
?Support the team, practice, and office operations.
?Resolve routine questions or issues within established guidelines, using outstanding customer service skills.
?Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules and calendars. Coordinate arrangements for internal and external meetings, conference calls; reserve meeting space; provide timely notification; prepare and compile related materials
