Kelly Services is looking for a good Financial Administrator to support the complete financial process for a local college in the southeast area. Temp to Hire position, $30,000 annually
Kelly Services, Inc. is a fortune 500 company offering human resources solutions that include temporary services, staff leasing, outsourcing, and full-time placement. We have immediate long-term openings for customer service representatives on Cleveland?s eastside.
Job Function:
? Responsible for development of the student's complete financial aid package including the completion of the payment plan selected and obtaining the financial aid documentation necessary for disbursement of funds.
Key Duties:
? Conducts financial aid interviews which include counseling students
? Responsible for tracking strudent progress on financial package to ensure completion within 3 weeks
? Performs analysis on family contribution and aid index
? Reviews campus-based funding availability on a weekly basis requests, etc.
? Responsible for collection of student aid reports(SARS/ESARS) from active students
? Determines eligibility for and tracking fo College Work Study (CWS)
? Conducts exit interviews with students to calculate repayment schedules and secure exit interview
? Responsible for completing and analyzing internal and external financial reports
Position Qualifications:
? High school diploma required - college degree a plus.
? 2 years of experience in collections, financial counseling or financial aid
? Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs preferred?
? Excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills.
? Proficient computer skills using word processing and spreadsheet applications required (Microsoft Office Products).
? Highly accurate and detail-oriented, including proofreading skills. Team oriented.
? Ability to manage and handle confidential information.
? Customer service oriented.
