Financial Services Administrative Assistant

The individual in this Administrative Assistant role will co-support up to four managers in the Shareholder Services department and their staff of approximately 150 associates in our Irvine Office. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, generating correspondence, completing expense reports, filing and timekeeping assistance. This position involves frequent contact with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Additional activities may include participation in a variety of projects and reporting.

Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Windows, including Word and Excel
- Experience with electronic calendaring (Lotus Notes is a plus)
- Knowledge of Power Point, Access, Calendar Creator is a plus
