Manager of Imaging Services with generally 10 to 30 employees. Responsible for multiple shifts containing a combination of permanent and temporary staff. Responsible for managing some client relationships, site financials and site personnel.

Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience may be substituted. Experience in Litigation Imaging and/or Reprographics services is highly desired. Must demonstrate effective supervisory and leadership skills. A minimum of 1-2 years previous supervisory experience in a related field required. Previous experience should be in a high service environment. A solid understanding of procedures, software and equipment in document imaging is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary. Strong MS Access is a plus. Knowledge of database applications. Knowledge of IPRO or Doculex. Candidate must have imaging/ scanning awareness and experience with data export files.
