Floating Copy Center/Mailroom Representative

This position will be responsible for providing copy, mail, and shipping services for start-up accounts or current customer locations within a geographic territory.  Position will pay $9 -$11 an hour DOE.

 

Primary Duties include:

Perform copy, mail, fax and shipping support

Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person

Pick-up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail

Perform copy functions and quality control

Pack and prepare boxes for shipping

Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner

Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs

Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

 

Other Requirements include:

A basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Experience in dealing with highly stressful situations

Previous management experience

 

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail. 

Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and be a team player.

 

This position requires valid, violation-free driver?s license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per IKON Office Solutions policy.

 

Requires high school diploma or GED and-2 years of related work experience. Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but not required.
