CIT has an immediate need for a Foreclosure Specialist.  Position will be responsible for the monitoring of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Will manage attorney relationships to ensure that accounts assigned are concluded in a timely manner and CIT's interests are protected. Some knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure process is beneficial. Must be able to use independent decision-making skills to determine the best course of action to minimize loss to CIT.

 

Must be detailed oriented and possess demonstrated follow-up and organizational skill, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal abilities and be able to manage multiple priorities. Excel and Word experience is a must. High school diploma required; some college preferred
