Franchise Sales Specialist

ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming sales calls on sales 800 number. FSS will qualify candidates based on their experience, financial strength, and area of interest. By conducting an initial phone interview of qualified candidates. Using the current tracking (Goldmine) system, the FSS will be responsible for entering all required prospect data while maintaining accurate and timely input of all candidate(s) background/contact information.   Send all required sales literature elements of the Discovery Sales ProcessConduct business relationship, support activities and procedural assistance with consultants, brokers, prospects and new franchisees. Prepare & review demographic/territory analysis information for determining territory location for new franchisee site selection.Prepare and send legal agreements relating to the sale of a franchise (UFOC, Final docs)Set up of Discovery Day Meetings by sending notifications of schedules to participating employees and set up of Conference Room.  Also act as liaison between prospect and headquarters personnel to coordinate meeting activities. Assist Franchise Development Team as needed.Provide administrative support, office management support and assistance as required

 

Job Requirements

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:  2 plus years of administrative/office experience and/or Associates Degree in Business Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Map Point and Goldmine (a plus) Prior experience with contracts/agreements desired Experience supporting multiple sales executives a plus Ability to work independently and coordinate Follow up with multiple tasks and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to interact positively and respectfully to stakeholders, corporate departments and field organization Demonstrated history of collaboration with others and relationship building skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
