Freight and Duty Analyst (1358)

Thirty-three years later, the Company has grown to manage three distinct brands providing fashion essentials for diverse customers: Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People.


The Freight and Duty Analyst will report to the Inventory Supervisor and will be responsible for review and coding of freight and duty invoices, allocation of freight and the identification of discrepancies. Pro-rating freight and customs invoices: Input information from shipping documents into Production shipping logs maintained in Excel, which will then be use to code freight and customs invoices. Coding of freight and customs invoices: Properly code invoices based upon the type of freight, duty or other charge incurred. Allocating Freight: Properly allocate freight to merchandise invoices. Identify and assist in researching discrepancies.


Qualifications: High School diploma 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel in a business setting; proficiency preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision Detail Oriented Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with representatives from other departments to resolve issues in a timely fashion
