Job Description: Stable company in Costa Mesa/Irvine area is seeking a multi-tasked, friendly and outgoing Receptionist or Office Coordinator candidate for their front desk office. The ideal candidate will perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, faxing, and scanning, as well greeting customers and answering moderate to heavy phone calls. Front office presentation is required and ideally, the candidate would possess 6 months to 1 year experience as a Receptionist or related titles. The working environment is friendly, professional, and fast pace. This growing company would like a candidate with basic to intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel.
