Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist/Office Secretary
Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist/Office Secretary needed in our robustly growing, entrepreneurial Boca Raton real estate office. Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist/Office Secretary will be responsible for the following activities:
Answering telephone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals within our organizationGreeting visitors to the office, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate team membersReceiving and delivering mail to mailboxResponding to inquiries from clients regarding real estate listings and showing instructions Inputting and updating real estate listingsPerforming general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks.
We are looking for a long term team player who is cheerful, dependable, and able to multi-task and has a pleasant phone voice. Must be computer literate. Mon-Fri. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Must have 2-5 years experience.
