Construction firm located in Lavergne is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill an open front desk/receptionist position.

Position will be responsible for answering multi-line phone system (6 incoming phone lines), filing, faxing, alpha-numeric data entry, typing correspondences, and dealing with purchase orders issues.

The right candidate must be personable, professional, and be able to handle difficult situations from time to time. Must also have a basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Position will require working some holidays (compensation will be given for holidays worked). Position hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00 pm w/ 1-hour lunch. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and will pay is $11.00/hour to start. All candidates to be considered must have 1-3 years of receptionist/clerical/administrative experience.
