Front Office Coordinator

World renowned medical practice currently offers an exceptional opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator.

 

This exceptional individual will have the polish, grace, experience and finesse to represent this prestigious practice to their VIP customers. 

 

The succesful candidate will enjoy speaking with current patients and assisting them as well as have the sales ability to focus on converting telephone, email and advertising leads into patients in order to maintain the flow of new patients into the practice.  We are seeking someone that is articulate who possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Top notch image, demeanor and professionalism is imperative.  Someone with experience and/or an understanding of OB/GYN, patient education and how to make patients comfortable coming into the practice is desired.  Bilingual preferred.
