Front Office Manager

An Insurance benefits company in Goleta is looking for a customer service front office representative on a temporary to full-time basis. This is a full-time position with hours 8 am to 9pm on Monday through Friday.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
The Front Office Representative must have previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative. He/She must be able to use switchboard phones up to 10 lines, file documents, fax, setup and cleanup conference rooms, copy, and use Microsoft Word and Excel.
