Fulfillment Specialist

Description: CT Corporation, a division of Wolters Kluwer, provides services to companies and professionals who choose to incorporate their companies. CT makes the process easy, quick and error free by providing correct forms, proofing, date sensitive submission to the state and follow-up with proof of incorporation to the client.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of CT policies, practices and procedures and be well trained in all fulfillment tasks including filings, certified and document retrieval, posting of disbursements and in operating all office equipment.
• Proficient in Service of Process and UCC fulfillment work if assigned Fulfillment Center processes SOP and/or UCC.
• Foster a cooperative and productive work environment with CT Service Teams and external customers.
• Demonstrate a customer focus and foster a “do it right the first time??? attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent telephone and computer skills, and be capable of performing multiple fulfillment tasks.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• High School graduate; Some college-level business courses a plus.
• Experience in data entry and/or customer service/fulfillment.
• Legal, banking, or finance office experience is a plus.
• Must be a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Must type 40+ wpm.
• Excellent communicator.
• Work well in a cross-functional team environment.
