Provide daily, accurate, timely processing and fulfillment of all material request orders processed for educational materials.
Ensure that all orders are accurately shipped within required time frame. Other duties as required to include processing and preparation of all outgoing and incoming mail. Pick up and handle mail on a daily basis.
Maintain inventory through established ordering and notification processes.
Maintain storage areas in an organized manner.
Operate FedEx and USPS mailing machines.
Perform daily LifeWorks Fulfillment processes, including letter fulfillment, Promo order and LWOL order uploads and file generations, and Print on demand file conversions.
Distribute incoming deliveries as needed, unloading of freight as needed. Prioritize and cooperate with other Fulfillment staff to ensure printing and process priorities.
Participate in special projects and perform others duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of administrative or fulfillment work experience. Computer skills using Microsoft Office Products.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail and quality oriented.
