The first thirty days are devoted to training to ensure you are equipped to excel, and the remaining 60 days gives you the opportunity to put your training into action and prove yourself. Those who meet or surpass the established goals for call quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence, and meet the hiring criteria will be extended offers of employment as a Customer Service Representative with FedEx at 90 days.

During the 90 days with Kelly you will receive an hourly wage of $11.14 paid weekly, extra earnings with performance incentives, the possibility for referral bonuses, and voluntary health benefits.

The FedEx culture of excellence requires that Customer Service Representatives go above and beyond to reach higher standards, including job duties such as: capturing orders for package pick-up and delivery with total accuracy, responding to customer's needs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and striving to provide better service through up-to-the minute knowledge and awareness of package delivery systems, station openings, service features, volumes, etc.

The essential requirements are a HS diploma/GED, basic communication skills, typing and data entry skills, and Windows XP and Internet Explorer experience. Kelly Services performs drug and background screens as well as reference checks.
