This Position is Responsible For:

? Placing outbound calls to individuals with high degree of courtesy and professionalism.

? Conducting a 10-20 minute interview for a survey questionnaire.

? Utilizing excellent communication skills to obtain survey information used for research purposes.

? Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to enter information regarding the survey.

Minimum Qualifications include:

? You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills

? You must have at least 1 years experience in customer service

? You must be able to multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects

? You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:

In addition to the stability and security you receive by working for a leader in customer service, Spherion offers you a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay and a chance to start a great career. This is a full time temp to hire position for the right candidate.

This is a second shift full time position perfect hour for college students!!! Monday through Friday only with optional overtime on Saturday. Hours are 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm. Positions start IMMEDIATELY!!
