Full Time Receptionist and Special Projects Coordinator
Seeking friendly receptionist and special projects coordinator to provide support in office administration, information technology and program coordination. Candidate will work closely with the President & CEO, Membership and Executive Assistant.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Assist President & CEO and Executive Assistant; act as backup to the Administrative Coordinator
*Answer phones, distribute/send faxes, and answer inquiries from current and prospective members.
*Distribute mail, operate office equipment, perform database entry, maintain inventory and order supplies.
*Answer inquiries from current and prospective members as requested, assist in membership dues collection calls
*Research and create prospective members on a daily basis for weekly nomination mailings, maintain contact lists
*Assist with mass mailings, file documents, create new member folders, and enter information into database
*Update and process payments and registrations for special programs
*Copy, collate, and create program materials as directed
Assist Director of Programs with seating process, ticket mailings and other duties as necessary
Required Skills:
A friendly voice and a welcoming disposition. Ability to multitask. Knowledge of iMIS, Timeslips or other database experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment.
