GEHC LA OTR Support Intern

CITY: Miami STATE: Florida COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Responsible for Equipment order entries and order changes by following the established Order-to-Remittance process in the Region including:
*Backlog Management from equipment order entry to delivery.
*Missing in shipment logistics process (from order entry to receipt of shipment).
* Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly orders/sales financial reports.
*Transfer Tracker, Cognos Report, eOrder, Sales Work Bench and Deferred Recognition reports.
*Preparation of Invoices as required.
* Build and maintain an effective communication channel with Distributors, Freight Forwarders, Miami and Milwaukee teams.
* Logistics coordination and preparation of reports. Preparation and processing of Custom documentation.
* Strong assistance and support to the OTR Leader.
* Conducting of Audits and maintaining of OTR files.
* Participation on all OTR related weekly meetings and teleconferences.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Full time Student at a credited/ recognized local University (Pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration)
* High degree of integrity and personal/business maturity
* Strong written and verbal communication skills Spanish and English
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point and computer data base skills
* Willingness to handle a flexible work schedule as required by the demands of the business
* Ability to work effectively within a complex/diverse organization

Desired:
* Experience in Logistics and Custom document processes
