General Office Assistant

The General Office Assistant is responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities include faxing, copying, maintaining supplies, distributing mail and other documents, and other duties as required.



Qualifications

At least one year of previous general office experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize and work with multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Efficient operation of office equipment with good PC and typing skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are preferred
Some college experience preferred
