General Office Clerk Needed for Healthcare Manufacturing Firm in Santa Ana!

Kimco, one of the nation's largest and most respected independent staffing firms, is looking for a General Office Clerk for a Santa Ana Manufacturing company. Founded in 1971, this company pioneered the first miniature air motors for surgical procedures, later expanding upon that technology to develop a broad base of products for use in dentistry, medical applications and industrial robotics and automation. The General Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manufacturing department. Duties include, but not limited to the following:
Filing correspondence and job order documents
Coordinating status updates when ordering supplies and purchasing miscellaneous goods & services
Coding invoices for payment
Maintaining and updating databases
Compiling and running reports
Will assist with month end close of inventory

REQUIRED SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to interact in an effective manner with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be computer literate in MS Office applications and email
Two years of manufacturing or buying experience desired
