Position Description: Data Entry/General Office Swing Shift

A large national digital imaging company in the downtown area is looking for a Data Entry/ General Office Clerk. Position requires over 1 year of strong alpha numeric/ data entry experience. Must type 6,000 key strokes or more with a high accuracy rate. Duties also include general office responsibilities such as filing, faxing, and light production work. Will be helping to prepare documents for pickup and organizing orders. This employee will act as a floater so flexibility in job duties is a must. Must have excellent attention to detail and be a self starter. May be answering customer inquires over the phone and in person so customer service experience is a plus.
