Gift Shop Supervisor

Overview : Shift: Varies - hours may be worked between 7:30 am and 8pm. Rotate Holidays & Weekends.

Assists the Gift Shop Manager in effectively managing the daily operations including maintaining adequate staffing and scheduling, supervising staff and marketing of the shop.

Qualifications :

Position requires minimum of three years retail experience with supervisory experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interpret and analyze statistical information and reports is needed. Proven record of successful planning, marketing merchandising and public relations necessary as are computer skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in retail buying and display, and bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge is preferred.
