Global Mgr, Gov Property Ctrl

Job Description:
Implements and manages Government property requirements from acquisition to disposition in a manner which fully supports compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 45.

1. Ensures that iap meets all applicable contractual requirements and targets pertaining to property control.
2. Manages implementation and proper utilization of IAP's Property Control System.
3. Establishes, monitors, and revises corporate policies, procedures, and service standards for property control operations.
4. Monitors, evaluates, and manages inventory utilization and inventory control procedures/processes to achieve maximum efficiency for IAP and its customers.
5. Ensures compliance with all property control requirements of Government contracts including organizing, planning, scheduling, implementing, controlling, analyzing, reporting and Property Book management.
6. Ensures compliance with all customer-owned property control requirements of non-Government contracts including organizing, planning, scheduling, implementing, controlling, analyzing and reporting.
7. Monitors to ensure corporate compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products being shipped through or to various company and customer facilities.
8. Collaborates between multiple CONUS and OCONUS geographic locations to ensure compliance and world class service.
9. Writes, complies, and maintains documentation required by the Property Control System program and world class service.
10. Establishes performance reporting metrics for Property Control System and issues formal reports pertaining to the function's status and accomplishments.
11. Handles managerial responsibilities including hiring, performance management, and complaint resolution.
12. Supports internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
13. Supports IAP's ISO compliance program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5 Years of direct experience in Government property control.
Excellent leadership, written, oral and interpersonal skills. Efficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
