AdSense Coordinator (English or Vietnamese) - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Multiple positions available in the following languages: English or Vietnamese.

Google AdSense is looking for energetic, analytical individuals to join our fast-paced support team.

AdSense is a content-targeted, web-based ad program that partners with online businesses both small and large. Our team focuses on quickly identifying and resolving customer concerns, contributing to program growth, and improving product performance. We need motivated people who can remain flexible and focused in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to our existing publishers.
Review and monitor websites for adherence to program policies.
Improve upon your technical skills by troubleshooting customer problems and adapting AdSense code for specific web pages and environments.
Test and improve how we deliver new services to specific publisher segments and/or markets.
Channel user and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and other teams to improve product performance.
Requirements:BA/BS degree.
Customer or client service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
Very comfortable with navigating and using the internet.
Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
For Vietnamese positions: Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Vietnamese.
HTML and Javascript language skills a plus.
