Group Real Estate Coordinator

The Group Real Estate Coordinator will play a key role in providing daily administrative and analytical support to the Group Real Estate Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a commercial real estate team and is looking to expand their role beyond traditional administrative duties by also leveraging their commercial real estate knowledge by supporting and managing actual transactions.
Accountabilities Include:
Produce, track and update real estate portfolio and work in progress reports.
Coordinate, track, maintain and update global real estate database.
Produce, track, and edit real estate documents as required.
Establish new vendors in the system and process invoices and electronic payments as required.
Manage third party lease administration service provider in the provision of database management, report generation, critical date management, and rent and receivable processing.
Manage third party service provider in provision of services for the Financial Control and Accounting Group reporting requirements.
Manage and coordinate third party vendors in lease audits and other services.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, mail, photocopying, and faxing in an efficient and timely manner.
Validate, prepare and process invoice payments.
Establish and maintain critical real estate filing system, including leases, subleases, owned property data and documents and standard reporting forms.
Assist Group Real Estate Managers with travel arrangements, expense reporting and meeting coordination.
Prepare, maintain and update budgets and spreadsheet analytical reports as requested.
Act as first point of contact for problem resolution.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Group Real Estate Coordinator applicants must have:
Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial real estate environment.
Administrative experience.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the required qualifications the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate:
A Bachelors Degree in a business discipline.
A general knowledge of commercial real estate terms and documents.
A general knowledge of SAP financial systems.
