Growing, fast paced company is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant responsible for managing the schedule of its CEO/President.

?

The right individual will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a very busy executive.

?

Experience should include five years as an administrative assistant; with at least two years working for a CEO of a $10 plus million annual revenue company ; displaying strong organizational and time management abilities.? This person must enjoy and appreciate interacting with a busy executive, and being hevily involved in many aspects of the executive's business and personal life.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Managing and updating business and personal calendars. Screening email, and organizing miscellaneous personal requests on a daily basis. Scheduling all appointments. Arranging and scheduling all travel arrangements. Managing and overseeing all responsibilities that relate to business operations and personal holdings; including managing of real estate. Occasional business and personal financial involvement.
