HR Administrative Assistant - To $45K

If you said YES! to the above questions, then we want to see you NOW!  Our NorthShore client has been in business for over 60 years AND has a brand new opening for a Human Resources Assistant in their Benefits department.  We are looking for someone that has a customer-focused, can-do attitude, and a strong skill set.  Responsibilities include: 

 

* Establishing and maintaining recruiting programs for non-exempt employees

* Coordinate new-hire process

* Provide assistance with payroll and employment related issues

* Provide HR support to our employees and managers, employment candidates, and

vendors.

* Develop and maintain community relationships for applicant flow

* Other various duties

 

 

Required Skills:

 

The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of experience preferably in an HR related field.  Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are expected.  A desire to be part of a team environment is a must.
