Actually have 2 positions available. One is HR Assistant that will be responsible for HR paperwork, payroll and various accounting/office responsibilities. The other will perform a variety of accounting functions such as posting deposits and credits, and doing invoicing.The right person for both positions will be flexible and willing to accept a variety of tasks as we are rapidly growing and reassigning duties for everyone as we grow to accomodate the increased work loads. Also should know Excel, Word and be comfortable learning new software.
