HR Recruiting Assistant


As a member of the CAREERCENTER Operations team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our staff of recruiters and participate in staffing projects. 

Create and distribute new hire offer packages.
Complete candidate background and professional reference checks.
Assist with large-scale recruiting projects; maintain tracking spreadsheets, coordinate onsite interview days, follow-up with candidates on behalf of recruiters.
Schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring managers using online calendar and travel databases.
Update talent management system records as needed.
Assist in managing relationships with outside recruitment firms.
Maintain internet job postings and internal website.
Assist candidates with online application process and provide status updates.


REQUIREMENTS:

At least two years experience in an administrative role within a human resources or staffing environment required.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, electronic calendaring, and email.
Current knowledge of HR industry trends and developments in order to provide ongoing value to maximize recruiting efforts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Superior organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
Self-starter; ability to work independently.
