Salary: From 15.00 to 17.00 USD per hour

Do you have excellent customer service and data entry skills?

Our client, a large not-for-profit health maintenance organization, has an immediate need for HR Service Center Representatives in their Alameda call center. This is a possible temp-hire position.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Pay Rate: $15-$17/Hr

Education: HS Diploma, GED or AA/BA/BS required

Qualifications

Demonstrate 3-5 years in related field
Strong customer service/focus skills
Strong phone skills or previous call center experience
Types 45+ wpm
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Math, able to add/subtract/divide and multiply
Good organizational skills
Able to multi task

Preferred but not required

Knowledge of leave administration

FMLA/Paid Leave
