Hands on Recruiting Manager

Job Purpose:

Maintain office operations in a Satellite office environment. Provide excellent customer service to clients and?applicants in a professional manner. Matching applicant skills to clients needs through interview process.



Duties:

* Maintains office operations. Recruits for client job orders. Oversee office staff. Provide excellent customer service.

* Maintains applicant files, provides testing and conducts interviews and secures reference check and other background and drug testing information as needed.

* Make contacts and run ads to acquire candidates for specific client job requirements.


*?Works in a team environment


* Secures human resources data


* Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping personnel data confidential.



* Complies with federal, state, and local requirements by following policies and procedures.

* Contributes to team effort


Skills/Qualifications:

Prior Leadership experience, Excellent Customer Service skills,Verbal Communication, Knowledge of?Employment Law, Anti-discrimination Laws, Interviewing Skills, Telephone Skills and willing?to work in a team environment.
