This position ensures proper maintenance and continued quality assurance of provider databases. This includes physician, ancillary, facility, and Cooperating Provider Network information.

- Research and interpret a variety of contractual and demographic issues in order to maintain data integrity in all provider databases.
- Communicate with providers, CPNs, internal and external departments through oral and written communication to explain contractual agreements, reimbursements, and answer general inquiries.
- Participate in special projects as needed.

- High school diploma
- Basic understanding of PPO networks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to make independent decisions when issues arise and management is not available
- Excellent organizational skills
