You?ll work out of your home (you?ll need a home office and a relatively new computer with all necessary protection), but must also be available to attend meetings from time to time.

Ideal candidate will:

- Provide secretarial support for CEO and Creative Director
- Manage CEO, staying one step ahead to alert her to what?s next
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
- Update website and client databases
- Conduct Internet research as needed and ?bottom line? your findings to convey necessary info
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements with company-appointed travel agency, as well as research and book hotels and ground transportation

This role requires a well organized person with a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to set priorities and eliminate distractions in order to get them done.
