Houston - Executive Administrative Assistant to CFO

We are a fast-growing health care company with Medicare Advantage health plans in multiple states.  We have plans to grow through acquisitions and new startup operations in additional markets over the next few years.  This growth and added complexity of our operation is requiring a significant investment in human resources as well and as a result we have a new opening for an Executive Assistant to the CFO.

This new position provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and his senior managers. This support involves a high degree of personal interaction with the executive staff, senior managers and others in the company. Strong organization and interpersonal skills as well as discretion, multi-task management in a highly energetic, dynamic environment are required.

The position is responsible for maintaining a smooth working environment for the CFO and others in the department. A strong working knowledge of Excel, legal and finance/accounting operations would be a strong plus.
