Job Opening: Human Resource Administrator
Job Summary:
Position responsible to ensure day to day administrative Human Resource functions which are performed at the facility level. Position typically oversees the non-exempt recruiting function for facility and maintains the HRIS. Does not have direct reports
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the proper administration of all generalist duties including LOA, STD, benefits enrollments/changes, unemployment, child support, and data for HRIS system at the warehouse level. Serves as a point of contact for all benefits and employee related questions and concerns. Performs recruitment activities, including advertisements/recruiting initiatives; interviews, and pre-employment testing and selection, coordinates employee orientation, enters PCN's, new hire paperwork, maintains HRIS compliance. Helps Coordinate employee events and recognition programs, including the bids and postings system and assists with employee communications. Coordinates various correspondences, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of Human Resource experience Communication skills Coaching and Developing People skills Must be able to Multi Task Technically Proficient Project Management skills
