Human Resource Assistant - Camp Hill, PA

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Assistant for a Harrisburg area company.

 

Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative and Clerical support to the Human Resource Department including making travel arrangements, filing, HRIS data entry and other duties as required.
Complete applicant flow log and mail out appropriate communication to applicants as required.
Create and distribute organizational announcements and maintain the new hire board.
Complete monthly reporting requirements including headcount, HR scorecard, budgeting and Organizational Chart.
Additional duties as required.

 

Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent administrative experience.
Minimum 1-3 years administrative support (prefer supporting multiple individuals)
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
PC Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook.

 

 

Salary Range:

 
$30-35k DOE
